One service call fee covers the trip and your first hour. After that it's a straight hourly rate, with flat rates for jobs we do all the time. Every quote comes before the wrench turns.
Flat rates include travel. Parts are extra. Roof A/C price is for a like-for-like swap; inverter or heat pump conversions are quoted per job, and heavy Eternabond or lap sealant removal is extra. We'll tell you up front if your job is not standard.
